Collagen is the most abundant protein in our bodies. It is found in muscles, bones, skin, blood vessels, digestive system and tendons. The collagen used is hydrolyzed fish collagen (HFC) where the source of fish collagen is from the wild, deep-sea ocean fish such as cod, haddock, pollock and hake.
